Can my team mix tiers?

Yes. Most teams start at Tier 1 to get everyone aligned, then send a smaller sub-team to Tier 2 or Tier 3. Multi-tier bookings get a stacked discount.

Do you train individuals?

Yes — periodically we run open seats for individuals (Polk County and virtual). Reach out to be added to the next session list.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Tier 2 and Tier 3 sessions usually involve real workflow examples; we sign mutual NDAs by default.

Can the training be tailored?

Light tailoring (industry, examples, tools your team uses) is included. Heavy customization — full curriculum redesign around your stack — is available as an add-on.

Do you record sessions?

Virtual sessions can be recorded for internal use on request. In-person sessions can be recorded for the booking team.

What about ongoing support?

Every tier includes 14 days of email follow-up. For ongoing AI coaching, we offer a monthly retainer — ask on the discovery call.
